REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

Passionate caregivers who provide one on one therapy to children diagnosed with autism. Our RBTs are the forefront of our patient’s daily and conduct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with compassion, patience, attentiveness and detail. 

BEHAVIORAL ANALYST IN TRAINING (BAT)

Our Behavior Analysts in Training and BCBA’s in Training play an essential role in the development and success of children with Autism. They have structured periods of observation and hands-on learning with our BCBA’s to prepare them for the next step in their careers…becoming a BCBA!

BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)

Clinical experts and supervisors providing exceptional individualized treatment plans for our patients. Our BCBAs oversee a caseload of patients and lead a team of RBTs to implement quality ABA therapy.

CLINICAL DIRECTOR (CD)

The clinical leader of the center. The Clinical Director ensures that quality ABA therapy is conducted for all patients, guides and supports BCBAs to uphold the best patient outcomes and maximizes quality of care and productivity within the center.

REGIONAL CLINICAL DIRECTOR (RCD)

Leaders who support the clinical functions of all centers in a particular region. Regional Clinical Directors oversee and support the Clinical Directors in each region; ensuring high-level clinical quality, maximization of productivity, increased opportunities for access to care and continued education for all clinical directors.

CLINICAL ADMINISTRATION ASSOCIATE (CAA)

The positive spirit at the front of the center that provides exceptional support to patients, families and teammates. Clinic Admissions Associates work very closely with the Operations Manager to execute administrative functions for our busy centers!

OPERATIONS MANAGER (OM)

The leader for all operational functions of the center. Operations Managers display the necessary leadership attributes to inspire, develop, engage and retain our teammates. Operations Managers also execute administrative functions to ensure successful patient on-boarding and continued access to care.

Leaders who support the operations of all centers in a particular region. Regional Directors of Operations oversee the Operations Managers in each region; ensuring operational excellence at each center, regional growth to ensure successful on-boarding of patients and continued access to care and engaging and supportive management of all teammates.

What is the hiring process at ABC?

We strive to make the hiring process as streamlined as possible. Each role has a different interview process.

Behavior Therapists and RBTs can expect to chat with a Talent Advisor for 20-30 minutes in a video call. After the initial screen, candidates moving forward will attend an on-site interview where they will meet with the team and meet with some of our patients.

BCBAs and Operations teammates will follow the virtual screen with 2 other interviews – one being with the local team at the center and the other being with either regional clinical or operational leaders.

How long is the hiring process at ABC?

BTs and RBTs can expect the process to take up to a week from phone screen to offer, however, we do ask for patience as unexpected situations could arise.

BCBA, Operations, and HQ roles can take up to 2 weeks depending on candidate and hiring manager schedules.

What if I want to work at a specific location?

Let your Talent Advisor know your location preferences in your initial phone screen. We will do our best to accommodate your top preferences, but we ask for flexibility as we hire based on business needs.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to apply?

ABC encourages full COVID-19 vaccination + booster but it is not a requirement to apply for the role.
